*Basic package means:
Empty allotted spaces without facilities or dividing boards. Exhibitors who book empty slots will have to work with their (or our) stand builder to build the booth of their choice.
Please be aware that the minimum size is 9sqm.
What else is part of the package:
- Exhibition passes for staff.
- 1 free full pass to the High Level Policy Conference for up to 40sqm; as well as 1 free full pass for each additional 40sqm booked (for example 80sqm = 2 full HLPC passes; 120sqm = 3 full passes and so on).
- Visibility: company profile listing on the event website and on the event app.
Other services (for example): power, carpet, lights, cleaning, and more are not included in the package.

**Full package / Equipped booth means:
Exhibitors who book the full package / equipped booth will receive the following items as part of their package:
- Perimeter dividing panels,
- Carpet floor covering,
- Fascia board on the top of the booth with exhibitor's name in standardized lettering,
- Lighting fixtures,
- Universal power sockets,
- Welcome desk and high chair,
- A table and two chairs (for 9-17sqm booth) or
Two tables and four chairs (for 18 - 25sqm booth) - Bin
Please be aware that the minimum size is 9sqm and maximum is 25sqm.
