Call for B2B Forum Speakers
We are excited to invite European Hydrogen Week 2024 exhibitors, sponsors, and media partners to submit proposals for speaking opportunities at the B2B Forum, scheduled to take place between Tuesday, 19 November to Thursday 21 November at Brussels Expo in Brussels, Belgium.
About B2B Forum
Set in the centre of the expo area, the B2B Forum will be open to all the visitors of the expo. By attending, participants will be able to find new source of inspiration, discover new knowledge and experience peer to peer exchanges. This conference stream will go beyond the regulative framework, addressing different challenges and opportunities of the hydrogen sector.

We welcome submissions on a wide range of topics that are relevant to our audience, including but not limited to:
- Session 1: From hydrogen project development to hydrogen exports
- Session 2: Developing and accessing hydrogen infrastructure under the new regulatory environment
- Session 3: National legal frameworks for hydrogen in Europe
- Session 4: Deployment challenges of large-scale hydrogen production projects: What to look out for
- Session 5: Bridging the gap: public and private investors' funding capabilities and services for hydrogen deployment
- Session 6: Environmental and safety challenges of the hydrogen economy
- Session 7: The role of local governments in advancing hydrogen technologies
- Session 8: Low-carbon hydrogen production pathways
- Session 9: Fuelling the future: how hydrogen contributes to the transport of tomorrow
- Session 10: E-fuels market uptake and production challenges
Submission Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Only current exhibitors, sponsors or media partners of the European Hydrogen Week 2024 are eligible to apply.
- Duration: Depending on the configuration of each session, silver sponsors will be allocated 12 minutes for their standalone presentations. Selected exhibitors will be granted up to 8 minutes to speak, either as part of a panel discussion or through a standalone presentation.
- Content proposal: Please select the top 3 sessions you wish to speak in (you can also select only 1 as well) and include a presentation title, a brief description of the tackled topics (max 200 words), and the key takeaways for the audience.
- Speaker information: Provide a bio (max 200 words) for each proposed speaker, highlighting relevant experience and expertise as well as headshot photo. [Please note that in case a speaker is selected, the bio and photo provided will be used on the event website and other communicational materials.]
- Selection process: The number of speakers per session and the setup of the sessions will be determined once the final speakers line-up selection is made. Our content team will review all submissions based on the relevance and quality of the content, the expertise of the speakers, and the overall balance of the program.
- Submission Deadline: Please submit your proposal by Sunday, September 22, 2024, 24:00 CEST.
- Selection results: The selected speakers will be announced by 1 October 2024 at the latest. Successful applicants will be notified via email with further details regarding their participation and session arrangements.

- You are an exhibitor or sponsor with access to the Exhibitor Only Area
- Please visit the Exhibitor Only Area where you will find the official application form.
- You are an exhibitor, sponsor or event partner without access to the Exhibitor Only Area

Please note: do not include any content or speaker details in the email as they will not be screened. Only officially submitted application forms will be accepted.
