VEHICLE PASSES FOR BUILDUP

For exhibitors and providers coming to the venue for the building of exhibition booths, please download below the passes needed to enter the Brussels Expo. The forms must be filled in and used for entrance at Gate D1. Valid on 17-20 November.

For exhibitors and providers coming to the venue for the breakdown of exhibition booths, please download below the passes needed to enter the Brussels Expo. The forms must be filled in and used for entrance at Gate D1. Valid on 23-24 November.

WEB SHOP

Once your stand has been confirmed, the contact indicated on the signed booking form receive an email from eventbacking@xpo.world . This email will contain instructions on how to set up your account and start using the web shop. Please use this tool to manage your booth, order any additional services or equipment. In case you would like to change the email linked to this account, please send an email to eventbacking@xpo.world mentioning your stand number.
