4. Disclaimer:

By signing and submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that the agreement constitutes a binding commitment between the applicant and the organiser. Once signed, the applicant is fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in the agreement. Withdrawal, cancellation, or non-performance after signature is not permitted except as expressly provided for under the applicable terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the organiser taking appropriate legal or financial action to enforce the agreement.
