REGISTRATION
- We kindly ask all participants to the European Hydrogen Week 2026 to register online in advance of the event.
- Badges will be unique and personalised for each participant and cannot be exchanged onsite.
- The organisers will not accept participants sharing the same badge.
- Badges will be checked at every access point and must be worn at all times.
To attend the European Hydrogen Week 2026, no fee will be charged. In order to manage attendance as well as possible, we ask you to register only to the days that you plan to attend.
Should you have to cancel or modify your actual attendance, please do so in advance by updating you registration in your profile or by contacting the registration team at registration@euhydrogenweek.eu.
Visa requests: Please be advised that following internal regulations, only invited delegates are eligible for a visa support letter. Should you have any questions we kindly invite you to contact us at info@euhydrogenweek.eu.

VISITORS
As a visitor, you are granted the following privileges from Monday, 26 October to Wednesday, 28 October:
- Admission to the Expo area
- Admission to the B2B Forum
- Admission to the Innovation Hub
Please note that coffee breaks & lunches are not included. Food trucks are located in the Expo area for food & beverages upon purchase.
SPONSORS
As a sponsor, you are granted the following privileges from
Monday, 26 October to Wednesday, 28 October:
- Admission to the Expo area
- Admission to the High-Level Policy Conference
- Admission to the B2B Forum
- Admission to the Innovation Hub
- Admission to the VIP Restaurant, where coffee breaks and lunches are available.
According to the sponsorship package selected, your organisation will have access to a different number of tickets.

EXHIBITORS
As an exhibitor or stand personnel, you are granted the following privileges:
- Admission to the Expo area (also outside of the official opening hours).
- Admission to the High-Level Policy Conference (for a limited number of passes according to your exhibition space)
- Admission to the B2B Forum
- Admission to the Innovation Hub
Please note that coffee breaks & lunches are not included. Food trucks are located in the Expo area for food & beverages upon purchase.

SPEAKERS
As a speaker of the High-Level Policy Conference, B2B Forum, or Innovation Hub, you are granted the following privileges from Monday, 26 October to Wednesday, 28 October:
- Admission to the Expo area

- Admission to the B2B Forum
- Admission to the Innovation Hub
Additionally, High-Level Policy Conference speakers have access to the VIP Restaurant, where coffee breaks and lunches are available.
Please note that for B2B Forum and Innovation Hub speakers, coffee breaks & lunches are not included. Food trucks are located in the Expo area for food & beverages upon purchase.

As a journalist, you are granted the following privileges from Monday, 26 October to Wednesday, 28 October:
- Admission to the Expo area

As part of the registration process, you will be required to choose the specific days you plan to attend. Please note that you will be asked to upload your media accreditation during registration to be validated.
GOVERNMENTS, REGIONS & EU INSTITUTIONS
As a representative from a government, region or EU institution, your delegate access grants the following privileges from Monday, 26 October to Wednesday, 28 October:
- Admission to the Expo area
- Admission to the High-Level Policy Conference
- Admission to the B2B Forum
- Admission to the Innovation Hub
Please note that coffee breaks & lunches are not included. Food trucks are located in the Expo area for food & beverages upon purchase.
Seats to the High-Level Policy Conference are limited due to the auditorium restrictions. In order to allow as many interested attendees as possible to participate, we kindly ask you to only select the days you plan to attend.
Please note that your application to the High-Level Policy Conference will be reviewed and the organisers will inform you in due time about your participation.

The European Hydrogen Week is free of charge, allowing access to a wide audience and fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration within the hydrogen community.
