THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THE EUROPEAN HYDROGEN WEEK 2025! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED AND WE KINDLY INVITE YOU TO VISIT OUR REGISTRATION HELPDESKS ONSITE AT THE SQUARE, BRUSSELS DURING OUR OPENING HOURS. ONLY CREDIT CARD PURCHASE IS POSSIBLE.

  • All participants of the European Hydrogen Week will be required to pre-register online and will only be granted access to the event upon presenting a valid picture identification at the designated registration counter. The name on the ID must match the registration details for badge issuance. Without a picture ID the badge cannot be issued and access to the event will be prohibited.
  • Large bags, packages and boxes will not be permitted during the event and will need to be left in the cloakroom.
  • Smaller bags are allowed but may be subjected to possible bag inspection.
  • Participants must visibly display their badges at all times, including during the setup phase of the expo.
  • Badges will be unique and personalised for each participant and cannot be exchanged onsite. 
  • The organisers will not accept participants sharing the same badge. 
  • Badges will be checked at every access point and must be worn at all times. 

In order to manage attendance as well as possible, we ask you to register only to the days that you plan to attend. 

Should you have to cancel or modify your actual attendance, please do so in advance by updating your registration in your profile or by contacting the registration team at registration@euhydrogenweek.eu. 

Visa requests: Please be advised that following internal regulations, only Hydrogen Europe members, invited delegates, speakers and sponsors are eligible for a visa support letter. They will be able to ask for their letter, during the registration process directly.

ATTENDEES

Attendees are granted the following privileges from Tuesday 30 September to Wednesday 1 October:

  • Admission to the European Hydrogen Week Conference 2025 on 30 September - 1 October.
  • Access to High-Level Policy Conference in Gold Hall.
  • Access to B2B Forum in Silver Hall.

Coffee breaks & lunches are included.

On top of the above, Hydrogen Europe members are granted access to the following activities on Monday 29 September:

  • Hydrogen Europe Autumn Market drinks reception - SOLD OUT

STUDENTS

By registering as a student, your ticket includes:

  • Admission to the European Hydrogen Week Conference 2025 on 30 September - 1 October.
  • Access to High-Level Policy Conference in Gold Hall.
  • Access to B2B Forum in Silver Hall.

Coffee breaks & lunches are included.

Please note that a student ID upload is required during registration. Only students younger than 25 years can register, pending confirmation from the organisers.

EU INSTITUTIONS AND GOVERNMENTS

Members of European Institutions and governments (national and regional) have the following privileges:

  • Admission to the European Hydrogen Week Conference 2025 on 30 September - 1  October.
  • Access to High-Level Policy Conference in Gold Hall.
  • Access to B2B Forum in Silver Hall.
